You are on the right track with diet and exercise. Eating less processed foods is supposed to help too, so try to eat lots of fresh produce!
Unfortunately a lot of it may also be genetics, but with a consistent regime of dieting, exercising, and an overall healthy lifestyle, you will be able to keep that nasty orange peel effect at bay.
There is no easy natural solution I’m afraid other than good old fashioned hard work and determination.
