Health and Beauty Q&A |
Question -Should you apply concealer over or under foundation?
|
Answer - In general, you should always put foundation on first, then layer on concealer. For example, if you want to downplay a pimple, foundation goes first, then a concealer. Besides preapplied cover-up would smear during foundation application. The same technique goes for covering redness around your nose. An exception: To hide under-eye circles, use only concealer (applied with either your finger or a synthetic brush), not foundation.
